Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website 66 at https://www.cihyiyttth.site (the "Site") and any paid digital content or services offered on it (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

66 is a personal website operated by an individual / sole proprietor ("66", "we", "us" or "our") under the laws of the People's Republic of China. Our legal name and contact details are available on request via the support email in Section 15.

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms; and (c) agree to our Privacy Policy at https://www.cihyiyttth.site/privacy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

2.1 What we provide. The Site publishes daily notes, an anime collection, a message board and, from time to time, paid digital content such as premium articles or guides ("Paid Content"). Free content can be browsed without an account.

2.2 Nature of the Service. Paid Content is a digital, intangible product. Upon confirmed payment, access is granted immediately to your account. Because of this immediate digital delivery, the refund limitations in Section 6 apply.

2.3 No recurring charges. We do not currently offer subscriptions. Every purchase is a single, one-time payment. You will never be charged automatically or on a recurring basis.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

To purchase Paid Content you must create an account (by email or through a supported third-party login such as GitHub) with accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@cihyiyttth.site if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • Keep the email address on your account up to date so that receipts and notices reach you.
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@cihyiyttth.site.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices. The price of every Paid Content item is clearly displayed on its product page before you reach checkout, in the currency shown (normally USD). Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

4.2 Payment processor. Payments are processed by our payment processor and Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Waffo Pancake in a PCI-DSS compliant environment and is never stored on our servers. The descriptor on your card statement may show "Waffo" or a similar reference.

4.3 Authorization. By completing checkout you authorize a single charge for the total amount shown on the checkout page. A receipt is sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

5. Delivery

Purchased Paid Content is unlocked in your account immediately after your payment is confirmed. If you cannot access your purchase within 24 hours, contact us at support@cihyiyttth.site with your order reference and we will restore access or issue a full refund.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 14-day refund window. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if: (a) you have not substantially accessed or downloaded the Paid Content; (b) the Paid Content is materially different from its description; or (c) a technical problem on our side prevents access and we cannot resolve it within 3 business days.

6.2 How to request. Email support@cihyiyttth.site with your order reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

6.3 Exclusions. Refunds are not available after the 14-day window, or where we reasonably determine the request is abusive (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund of the same item). Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.

7. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in a charge, please contact us at support@cihyiyttth.site before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

8.1 Our content. All content on the Site, including Paid Content, text, images and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

8.2 Your license. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Paid Content for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell or share it with others.

8.3 Your content. You retain ownership of comments, messages and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site. You are responsible for ensuring it is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene or fraudulent.
  • Infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of any third party.
  • Circumvent or interfere with the security or access controls of the Site.
  • Resell, sub-license or share access to Paid Content.
  • Scrape, crawl or extract Site content at scale, or overload our infrastructure.
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation or card-network rule.

10. Data, Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://www.cihyiyttth.site/privacy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days following account deletion, then deleted.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

11.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

11.2 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Term & Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or as required by law. If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any Paid Content purchased within the 30 days before termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (mainland). Before initiating any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@cihyiyttth.site so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site and/or sent to your registered email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
